Do you offer phone support?

Not at this time. All support is handled via email and our community channels. Enterprise customers on custom plans may request scheduled video calls.

Can I request a feature?

Absolutely. Use the contact form with "Feature Request" as the subject, or post in the #feature-requests channel on our Discord. We review every request.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
