AIVE holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. We are fully compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Annual third-party security audits are conducted, and audit reports are available under NDA for enterprise customers.

All AIVE infrastructure runs on India-based data centres by default. Enterprise customers can choose specific regions within India for data storage. We do not transfer data outside India unless explicitly requested and authorised by the customer. Data residency controls are available in the admin dashboard for full transparency.

AIVE supports SAML 2.0 for single sign-on integration. We have pre-built connectors for Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, OneLogin, and PingFederate. Custom IdP connections are supported for Business and Enterprise tiers. Setup typically takes under 30 minutes. SCIM provisioning for automatic user lifecycle management is available on Enterprise plans.

The custom plan builder requires a minimum of 2 seats. For individual users, we recommend our Pro or Studio plans available on the pricing page. Team plans start at 2 seats and scale up to 1,000+ seats with volume discounts applied automatically.

Enterprise accounts receive consolidated monthly or quarterly invoices with GST-compliant tax documentation. We support payment via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), credit card, and purchase orders. All prices are in INR. Annual prepayment with additional discount is available. Your dedicated CSM can set up custom billing schedules to match your procurement cycles.

Yes. Seats can be added at any time and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Seat reductions take effect at the next billing cycle. Volume discount tiers are recalculated automatically whenever your seat count changes. Your admin dashboard shows real-time seat utilisation and cost projections.

Enterprise customers receive 24/7 support through dedicated Slack channel, phone hotline, and email with guaranteed response times (1 hr for critical, 4 hrs for high priority). Your dedicated Customer Success Manager handles escalations and quarterly business reviews. On-site training sessions are available in major Indian cities.

AIVE provides a full REST API, webhooks, and pre-built integrations with common production tools and asset management systems. Custom integrations are available for Enterprise customers.
