Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Beta Period
AIVE ONE is currently in Beta. During the Beta period, all paid subscriptions are provided at a discounted or promotional rate. Beta pricing is subject to change when the product reaches general availability.
Participation in the Beta does not guarantee access to any specific feature, uptime level, or service continuity. However, your right to a refund as described in this policy is not affected by Beta status.
2. Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
Annual subscriptions
You may cancel an annual subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access through the end of the paid annual term.
Effect of cancellation
- Your account reverts to the free tier (if available) at the end of the paid period.
- Projects, exports, and saved data are retained for 90 days after downgrade, after which they may be deleted.
- Cloud render credits expire at the end of the paid period and are non-transferable.
3. Refunds
14-day new subscriber refund
If you are a first-time paid subscriber and have not previously received a refund from AIVE, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial payment date. Refunds under this clause are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Monthly subscriptions — general refunds
Outside the 14-day new subscriber window, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel to stop future charges.
Annual subscriptions — pro-rata refunds
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day window, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused complete months remaining on your annual term, subject to the following:
- Refund = (number of unused complete months / 12) × annual fee paid (excluding GST).
- A processing deduction of up to INR 200 may apply to cover payment gateway costs.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of cancellation.
- GST paid is not refundable per applicable tax regulations.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, or if a payment fails and you are still charged, contact billing@aive.one within 30 days. We will investigate and issue a full refund for the erroneous charge within 5 business days of confirmation.
Non-refundable items
- Add-on render credits already consumed.
- Enterprise plan setup or onboarding fees.
- Partial months of service.
- Charges incurred during a free trial that you did not cancel before conversion.

5. Service Disruptions
If AIVE ONE experiences a verified outage or material degradation of service lasting more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing month, eligible subscribers may request a proportional service credit. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and do not constitute a cash refund.
To request a service credit, email support@aive.one within 15 days of the incident, with the approximate date and duration of the disruption you experienced.
6. Account Termination by AIVE
If AIVE terminates your account for a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund is due. If AIVE terminates your account without cause, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current paid period.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@aive.one with the subject line: Refund Request — [your registered email].
- Include: your account email, the payment date, the amount, and the reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
8. GST and Tax
All pricing on the AIVE platform is inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate prevailing on the date of transaction. GST paid to the government is non-refundable by AIVE. A GST-compliant tax invoice is available in your Account Settings for each transaction.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of a paid subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
