Export & Delivery
Render your project for any platform with optimized presets, professional codecs, cloud rendering, and batch processing.
Export Formats Guide
AIVE ONE Beta supports a comprehensive range of professional codecs and containers. Choose the right format based on your delivery requirements.
H.264 (AVC)
Best for: Web delivery, social media, general sharing
The most widely compatible video codec. Supported by virtually every device and platform. Offers excellent quality at reasonable file sizes with hardware-accelerated encoding on most systems.
H.265 (HEVC)
Best for: 4K/HDR delivery, archival, bandwidth-constrained platforms
Successor to H.264 with roughly 50% better compression at equivalent quality. Ideal for 4K and HDR content. Requires hardware decoding support on the playback device for smooth performance.
Apple ProRes
Best for: Professional post-production, mastering, archive
Industry-standard intermediate codec with visually lossless quality. Optimised for editing performance with minimal generation loss across multiple encode/decode cycles.
Avid DNxHR
Best for: Cross-platform professional workflows, Avid roundtrip
Professional intermediate codec designed for multi-platform editing workflows. Excellent for projects that move between AIVE ONE Beta, Avid Media Composer, and DaVinci Resolve.
Additional Codecs
- AV1 — Next-generation open codec with superior compression. Ideal for web streaming where encoder time is not a constraint.
- VP9 — Open codec widely used for YouTube delivery. Good compression with broad browser support.
- GIF / Animated WebP — Short-form animated previews and social sharing.
Audio-Only Formats
- AAC — Lossy, excellent quality at 192-320 kbps. Standard for podcasts and streaming.
- WAV / PCM — Uncompressed audio for professional delivery (24-bit / 48 kHz).
- FLAC — Lossless compression, roughly 50% of WAV size with identical quality.
- M4A — AAC in Apple container, ideal for podcast distribution.

Cloud Rendering
For Pro and Team plan users, cloud rendering offloads the export to our GPU cluster — freeing your computer for other work.
How It Works
- In the Export dialog, toggle Cloud Render on.
- Your project uploads to our secure render farm (encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256).
- Rendering happens on dedicated GPU instances — typically 3-5x faster than local rendering.
- When complete, the file downloads automatically or you can grab it from your project dashboard.
Cloud Render Tiers
| Tier | GPU | Typical Speed | Credits/Min |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | Shared GPU | 3x local | 1 credit |
| Priority | Dedicated GPU | 5x local | 3 credits |
| Turbo | Multi-GPU cluster | 10x local | 8 credits |
Cloud Render Workflow
- Select preset — Choose your export format and resolution as normal.
- Enable Cloud Render — Toggle the cloud switch in the export dialog.
- Choose tier — Select Standard, Priority, or Turbo based on urgency.
- Upload — AIVE ONE Beta uploads only the assets needed for the render (smart delta sync).
- Monitor — Track progress in the Export Queue panel or via push notification.
- Download — Auto-download to your chosen output folder, or access from the cloud dashboard.
Batch Export
Export multiple formats from the same timeline in one pass. Useful when you need the same content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok simultaneously.
Setting Up Batch Export
- In the Export dialog, click Add Destination to add multiple export presets.
- Each destination can have its own preset, resolution, and codec settings.
- Optionally set different in/out ranges per destination to export clips from specific sections.
- Configure output folder and file naming pattern for each destination.
- Click Export All to render all destinations. They process sequentially to manage system resources.
Batch Naming Patterns
Use these tokens in your file naming template:
{project}— Project name{preset}— Preset name (e.g. "YouTube_4K"){date}— Export date in DD-MM-YYYY format{resolution}— Output resolution (e.g. "1920x1080"){sequence}— Auto-incrementing number
{project}_{preset}_{date} produces filenames like MyVideo_YouTube_4K_31-05-2026.mp4.
Batch export is available on all plans, including the free tier. Cloud batch rendering (processing all destinations in parallel on the cloud) is available on Pro and Team plans.
